The Site is operated by HAUT Protection Film Inc. (“HAUT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 361 NJ-17, Hackensack, NJ 07601.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors. Payment is processed by Stripe; by placing an order you agree to Stripe’s terms for payment processing.

Certified installers in the HAUT partner network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of HAUT. HAUT is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent installers. Any warranty covering an installation is governed by the specific warranty terms provided to you at the time of purchase or installation, not by these Terms.

If the Site offers an account or partner dealer login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is owned by HAUT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use HAUT content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
• Use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Site without permission

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processing, mapping, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH A HAUT PRODUCT OR INSTALLATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAUT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You and HAUT agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and HAUT may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property. You and HAUT each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address in Section 14 within 30 days of first using the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold HAUT harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where the arbitration agreement in Section 11 requires application of the Federal Arbitration Act.
