Master
Master is where most HAUT installs start. At 7.7 mil it takes rock chips, bug acid and car-wash grit off the paint, and at 91.9% light transmittance it disappears on the panel — no haze band at the edge, no orange peel across a hood. It stretches without stress-marking, so a compound curve lays down once instead of three times.

The film to spec when the customer wants their paint protected and does not want to be able to tell.
Self-healing topcoat
The topcoat is an elastomeric, lightly crosslinked surface. Warm it and the polymer chains regain enough mobility for the network's own elasticity to pull a light swirl back out — the deformation was stored, not removed. Wash marks close instead of collecting into a season of haze.
Optically clear, not almost clear
91.9% luminous transmittance to ASTM D1003 — close to the ceiling for any clear polymer, since reflection at the two air interfaces alone costs about 8%. Transmittance is the easy half of that test; the half that decides whether a film reads as a grey cast on white or silver is haze, and we do not yet publish a haze figure.
Installer-friendly stretch
318% elongation at break to ASTM D882. In the bay you never approach that — a bumper corner asks for maybe twenty percent — but a film that breaks at 318% has margin left where it matters, and comes off the tuck without stress-marking.
Water leaves, and takes the dirt with it
The topcoat beads water hard enough that road film rinses off rather than bonding. Less time on the wash mitt is less time putting swirls into the film you paid to protect.
10-year limited warranty
Covers cracking, delamination and blistering, registered online by the owner in about two minutes.

How Master differs
The film closest to Master in the range is Master Plus. Master runs 7.7 mil against Master Plus at 8.3 mil — 15 µm more, and all of it in the impact layer. The film to spec when the customer wants their paint protected and does not want to be able to tell.

Durability
What Master still measures after the lab has finished with it
Every production batch goes to an independent accredited laboratory. It is measured new, then measured again after 1,000 hours of continuous UV and after fourteen days in direct contact with oil, gasoline and high-alkaline shampoo.
