You run a plotter
Download CUT CORE and apply on its first screen. It installs without an account, so you can look around the catalog and the nesting before you decide — and what you type is already attached to the account we are about to approve.
You do not
Then there is no reason to install cutting software to reach a form. Apply here. Plenty of shops buy film and pre-cut kits and never touch a plotter, and nothing about the account, the pricing or the warranty is different for them.

On this page, or on the first screen of CUT CORE if you downloaded it — Mac or Windows, under 10 MB, installs without an account. Two minutes either way. No card, no password, no credit check.

You get a reference code
On screen the moment it sends. Write it down: it is how you check on the application later, and it is the only way back into it.

A person reads it
Usually within two business days. If something is unclear we call you rather than declining, and a no comes with a reason.

Your invitation code arrives
By email. Enter it in the app, set your password, and the account is live — dealer pricing on film, the full pattern catalog and your licensed seats.

Bounding-box nesting throws away the gaps between curved panels. True-shape nesting packed a scattered 83.5-inch layout into 21.6 inches of a 60-inch roll at 78.8 % density, in about three seconds.
Mis-quoted jobs
Quoting from a bounding box overcharges every curved panel by half again — or undercharges when you round it off by hand. Price List mode measures the real enclosed area.
