What Black Gloss is for
A full color change that protects the paint underneath instead of hiding it.
Depth a vinyl wrap cannot reach
Color PPF is thicker and carries a real topcoat, so it reflects like paint rather than like a sticker.
Self-healing topcoat
The topcoat is an elastomeric, lightly crosslinked surface. Warm it and the polymer chains regain enough mobility for the network's own elasticity to pull a light swirl back out — the deformation was stored, not removed. Wash marks close instead of collecting into a season of haze.
Reversible
The paint underneath is protected the entire time the film is on, so the car can go back to factory color with its value intact.
